HEUI Test Bench

It can test the performance of HEUI & HEUI pump, CAT C7,C9,3126,controlled by industrial computer, windows operating system. The oil quantity is measured by flow sensor and displayed on computer screen(Electronic fuel delivery system). It has two sets of oil delivery, one is engine oil delivery for HEUI pump and start the HEUI, another is diesel oil delivery for HEUI oil-injecting. All data can be searched and saved. It adopts common rail pump cp3 to provide 0~2300 bar for rail pressure and adopt the engine oil pump to supply 0-250bar for HEUI. The rail pressure can be adjusted automatically, and it also provide pressure overload protect.

Main functions:

1. test range: HEUI &HEUI pump,CAT C7,C9,3126.

2.injector testing: leakage, injection oil quantity and back oil quantity.(pre-injection, Idling, emissions, full load).
