HEUI Test Bench

It can test the performance of common rail injector & HEUI, controlled by industrial computer, windows operating system. The oil quantity is measured by flow sensor and displayed on computer screen(Electronic fuel delivery system). All data can be searched and saved. It adopts common rail pump cp3 to provide 0~2300 bar for rail pressure. The rail pressure can be adjusted automatically, and it also provide pressure overload protect.

Main functions:

1. test range: common rail injector (Bosc-h,Dens-o,Delph-i,Siemen-s brands),including piezo injector.

 HEUI test:HEUI injector ,with two sets of oil circulation system.

2.injector testing: leakage, injection oil quantity and back oil quantity.(pre-injection, Idling, emissions, full load).

5.to test some more special injectors that need higher pressure.
