Application:
JGD flexible single-ball rubber joints are mainly used for lifting and conveying raw water and sewage, water supply and cooling circulating water in thermal power plants, pipeline conveying of chemical substances in metallurgy industry, condensate water, cooling and dilution in petrochemical industry and flexible connection between short and long distance pipelines in other industries. Because rubber has a high wear resistance, but also suitable for all industries of granular and powder and low temperature transport of steam.
Connection: flange connection, clamp connection
The working pressure grade of the product is 0.6mpa 1.0mpa 1.6mpa 2.5mpa
Notes:
1, JGD flexible rubber joints in the installation, it is strictly prohibited to exceed the limit of displacement installation.
2, installation bolts to be symmetrical, and gradually tighten pressure, to prevent local leakage.
3. For the working pressure above 1.6mpa, the mounting bolt shall be provided with elastic pad to prevent the bolt from loosening during work.
4. Both ends of the joint pipe should be supported by vertical force during vertical installation, and the anti-pull-out device can be adopted to prevent the work from being pulled under pressure.
5. JGD/KXT flexible rubber joint should be installed away from heat source and ozone area, and it is strictly prohibited to expose to strong radiation light and use media that does not meet the requirements of this product.,
6. JGD/KXT flexible rubber joint is strictly prohibited from cutting the surface or sealing surface with sharp instruments during transportation and loading and unloading.
