This equipment is suitable for TP and LCM/FOG that have been laminated with OCA glue. The TP and LCM/FOG are pre-laminated, and then transported to the laminating station by a manipulator to vacuum, high-precision and high-efficiency laminating.
Features:
1. The vacuum laminating station adopts the method of silicone pressure head to prevent the screen from bursting.
2. The alignment mechanism adopts an alignment platform to ensure the accuracy of fitting ±0.1mm
3. CCD capture and alignment methods, capture the edge of the window inside the TP and the display edge of the LCM, automatically calculate the center position and overlap and fit.
4. TP discharge platform and LCM/FOG discharge platform are discharged independently to improve the efficiency of manual discharge. -
