Product Description
1. Equipment application:
1. Laminate TP with OCA glue and LCM/FOG with high precision.
2. Equipment advantages:
Firstly, TP and LCM/FOG are pre-laminated, and then transported to the laminating station with a robot for vacuum laminating. The vacuum bonding station adopts the method of silicone pressure head to prevent the screen from exploding. The alignment mechanism adopts a three-axis alignment manipulator to ensure repeatability of ±0.05mm. The equipment yield rate can reach more than 99% (off-position, screen burst, air bubbles), except for poor materials. CCD capture and alignment methods, capture the TP window angle and LCM pixel point angle, automatically calculate the center of the window and overlap. The fitting accuracy will not be affected by the size of the window, and the window will always be centered and fitted.
3. The TP discharge platform and the LCM/FOG dual discharge platform independently discharge materials to improve the manual discharge efficiency.
4. Short cycle time and high machine efficiency.
5. Suitable for the fitting of 3.5-7 inch products.
