EXTRA Series vision measurement machine is designed and developed by UNIMETRO, which is a popular model fit for most of the accurate 2D dimension measuring application and end users from different industries, as Mold, Electronics, Semi conductor, Plastic Injection, 3C products, Medical care, Aviation...etc.
The Z axis of EXTRA series vision measurement machine is configured with close loop servo motor system, to achieve high accuracy movement control and auto focus function, users are able to control the Z axis movement and image focusing in the software or keyboard, highly increase the measuring efficiency.
The EXTRA series is innovatively configured with manual pulse generator for fine adjustment of the Z axis position, users can achieve Z axis fine adjustment and focusing easily. Comparing to the keyboard or joystick motion control, the MPG is more precise and sensitive, users can even move the axis micron by micron. Offering the best using experience for users.
Z axis with high accuracy auto focus function, allows users to achieve fast and stable focusing operation, eliminating the focusing error caused by misjudgement or operators individual difference.
Thanks to the high performance auto focus function, users can achieve height measuring function with the EXTRA series by non contact measuring.
The EXTRA Series uses manual dented zoom lens with magnification signal feedback sensor, after users change the magnification, the software will select the suitable parameters automatically, user do not need to change parameters in the software and continue the measuring process. Which ensures a more convenient and time saving applicaiton.
Configured with a 1.2M pixel HD digital camera, allows the users enjoy high quality image during the measuring process, highly increase the measuring accuracy.
The Series is configured with high accuracy linear guide way, provides unique dynamic performance and end user experience. Also includes full programmable 8 sections LED surface illumination ring, 3 axis 0.0005mm high resolution linear transducers, and powerful measuring software.
The EXTRA series VMM is capable to measure geometrical elements such as point, circle, line, angle, retangle, also able to measure dimension such as distance, roundness, straightness, concentricity etc.
EXTRA series VMM is created with compact design concept, using high accuracy and stability granite as machine base and column, detailed oriented assembling and quality control process, ensure each machine’s high performance and accuracy.
EXTRA series vision measurement machine is using HIWIN linear guide way, with aluminum work stage and hard anodizing surface processing, ensures the high dynamic performance and long life cycle usage of the machine.
EXTRA series VMM is the most common model for most of the factories manufacturing accurate parts. It is fit for small quantity samples measuring application. X,Y axis manual control and Z axis motorized with auto focus function, with user friendly software, allows the operator to manage using the machine in very short time.
EXTRA series is using an integrated core control box which is developed by UNIMETRO, forZ axis motion contorl, linear scales, light control, and touch probe signal transfering, ensure easy wiring and maintainence. Highly increase the stability of the machine.
EXTRA series optical measuring machine is config with 8 section software control LED ring light, which can offer multiple illuminating angle and brightness, fit for parts with different shape and materials, and the lighting parameters can be record in the part measuring program, users do not need to adjust during the measuring process.
Programmable contour LED light with parallel light path, avoids the deformation of the image, ensures the measuring accuracy.
EXTRA Series vision measurement machine is campatible with multiple option of powerful measuring software. Which are with diversified measuring function, CAD file input and comparing, easy output of measuring report, and SPC analyse of the measuring results data.
EXTRA series VMM is compatible with Renishaw touch probe as optional configuration. Users can easily achieve 2D and 3D measuring function in one machine. The software can calculate the offset between the optical lens and touch probe, makes sure that all measuring results are within one coordinates system. The measuring results can be out put as 3D drawing for reverse engineering.
