Fish bolt belongs to the series of rail bolt, or track bolt, which are used to fix 2 fish plate connections onto 2 rail tracks, Kunshan Alex fabricate fish bolt using high quality steel materials,such as Q235, 45#, 40Cr, 20Mntib,even stainless steel, covers international standards according to BS, ASTM and DIN, among others.
Fish bolt can be manufactured for the following standards: BS 20M, 30M, 35M, 35R, 50O, 60A, 75R, 80R, 80A, 95RBH, and 113A; DIN S10, S14, S18, S20, S24, S30, S49, UIC54, UIC60; and AREMA 40ASCE, 60ASCE, 75ASCE, 90ARA, 115RE. Typical fish bolt grades are: 4.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, surface treatment can be plain, black, zinc-plated.

Square head fish plate bolts as per AS1085.4-1999
We produce the fish plate bolt as per AS1085.4-1999. The nominal thread diameter is M20/M22/M24 and the thread of the fish bolts are finished square. A nominal 45 degree chamfer is to be provided a depth slightly exceeding the depth slightly exceeding the depth of the thread. Rail nuts should be in accordance with AS/NZS 1252.
