Introduction of N95 Maks machine production line 

N95 mask machine is a machine used for the automatic production of multi-layer material masks. It can use 1 ~ 4 layers of N95PP spunbond non-woven activated carbon and filter materials. The entire machine from raw material feeding to nose line insertion, The finished products are all semi-automatic operation in one line.

Technical characteristics of N95 Maks machine

The top layer, filter layer and bottom three rolls of fabric are automatically aligned and fed. The contour is symmetrical with ultrasonic continuous blanking. After the continuous roller is cut, it is sent to the next station for earband welding to improve production efficiency.

The ear straps are automatically welded by ultrasonic and can be cut automatically

KN95 Mask Production steps 

1. Incoming material embossing and cutting: unwinding material, three layers of non-woven fabric, one layer of velvet cloth, knurled cutting once formed, knurled cutting formed

 

2. Ultrasonic welding ear wire: manual single-point welding ear wire, one mask with four welding points, it takes about 6 seconds to complete the ear wire welding work of a mask.

 

3. Nose bridge support: Install the nose bridge support on the sheet mask through the viscous device. Nose bridge support: length: 9mm width: 5mm

 

4. Folding and folding forming: pressing on the right side after opening
