Working process of green sand casting flaskless molding machine for the production of iron castings

1. The first step is to convey the sand to the green sand casting flaskless molding machine for the production of iron castings.

2. The second step is shooting the sand to the mold.

3. Put the sand core into the mold and compacting up and down, until forming die.

4. Top part and bottom part assembling closing.

5. The push mechanism with adjustable acceleration and deceleration ensures stable and smooth operation of mold pushing.

6. Loading the mold jackets and molding placement.

7. Finally, pouring the melted iron into the sand mold. After it has cooled down, the mould is finished.
