Rubber Washer Edge Removal Machines O Ring Edge Tearing Machine
The rubber edge remover is based on the principle of aerodynamics and centrifugal principle. There is an automatically controlled rotating disc in the cylinder to drive the rubber products to rotate at high speed and impact continuously, so as to separate the burr from the rubber products, so as to achieve the purpose of removing the burr.
1. The equipment use PLC programming controller to adjust parameter through touch screen, which can store various production data and accurately control the deflashing speed and time. The operation is simple, intelligent, and low noise, which greatly reduces the operation labor. The feeding and discharging processes are strictly connected, and there is no need to restart to realize continuous automatic operation.
2. Power friendly (≤4kwh) to reduce cost. After deflashing, there's no distort, damage, flash, or dirt. There's no need to change machine model or any accessories to fit different products.
3. Save time with high production efficiency, combined with vibrant separating machine to ensure continual automatic operation. One machine saves at least 30 labors.
4. Machine automatic spraying lubricants (emulsified Silicone Oil / detergent-water) function is more advanced and powerful, it has the function of automatic alarm of water and oil shortage, makes the machine operate more conveniently and intelligently, and the gloss of the product is more uniform and brighter
5. Manual or automatic mode changeable to get faster and more convenient production.
