Operating rules
1. Wipe the test plate and loading board with wipe material and cleaning agent, then wipe it carefully with clean gauze, and repeat it for more than three times until the surface of the board is cleaned by visual inspection. After cleaning, hands or other objects shall not be used to contact the working surface of the board.
2. At the temperature of 23? 2? C and the relative humidity 65% + 5%, according to the size specified in Figure 2, the specimen is pasted parallel to the longitudinal direction of the board to the middle of the test plate and the loading plate. The pressure roller is rolled on the sample with the speed of about 300 mm/min. When paying attention to rolling, the force produced by the mass of the roller can be applied to the specimen. The number of rolling can be specified according to the specific conditions of the product, if no regulation, the reciprocating rolling three times.
3.After the samples were pasted on the plate, the 20 min should be placed at the temperature of 23 and 2, and the relative humidity of 65% + 5%. Then the test plate is fixed vertically on the test rack, and the loading plate and the weight are connected gently with the pin. The whole test rack is placed in the test box which has been adjusted to the required test environment. Record the start time of the test.
4. At the specified time, remove the weight. The displacement of the specimen was measured by a magnifying magnifier with a fraction, accurate to 0.1mm, or to record the time for the sample to fall off the test plate. The number of times greater than 1h is equal to that of min, and less than 1h in S. Test results:
The results of the test are represented by the arithmetic mean of the displacement of a set of samples or the time of exfoliation.
