Magnet Appearance Defect Inspection Equipment

Function

Magnet appearance defect inspection equipment can detect and classify appearance defects and dimensional defects within a magnet. The equipment is automatically loaded by the vibrating plate, and the magnet is guided into the optical turntable through material trough. The optical turntable is driven by the motor to rotate. The optical turntable carries magnets through each inspection camera station in turn, uploads the images obtained by each camera to the industrial computer for processing, and blows the magnet into the corresponding discharge port according to the detection result.
