1) What is your steps to handle plastic injection mould order ?

1. Negotiations: Quality, material, price, payment, delivery time, trading terms,package, shipment and so on.

2. Place an order: Signed contract and  invoice; Make payment for deposit .

3. R&D: According customer’s requirements and drawing, review it and give our ideas depend on mould process.

4. Design confirmation: DFM and 3D drawing would be sent to customer for confirmation before mould making.

    Purchasing the mould base and steel after getting approval for DFM and 3D mould design drawing .

5. Mould processing: Produce mould according to the 3d and 2d drawings one process by one process.

    Update production status to customer.

6. Sample confirm: NEW mould sample would be sent to customers for approval before plastic injection molding production.

7. Mass production: Mass produce according to customer’s order quantity and approved samples.Update production status.

8. Delivery: Packing the goods , Ship the goods out based on the trading term .

9. After service : tracking the delivery status and hear the feedback from customer about goods.

10. If any feedback or suggestion from customer about our side, we will do improvement and try best to done well it .
