1.Drawing software:Customer provide the 2D drawing or 3D data in DXF, DWG, PRT, SAT, IGES, STP format etc, or just send us the sample
2.Prototype design and production assembly
3.Material:POM, AS,ABS,PS,PP,PVC,PBT,PE,PMMA,PA etc.
4.Mould Cavity: Single or multi-cavities.based on customer' s requirement
5.Mould date:10-25days
6.Products weight:0.05g-6000g
7.Mould life:100,0000shots or as customer’s request
8.Surface Finish: chrome plating, silk-printing, texture, color painting etc.
9.Sample confirm: We will send trial sample to customers before shipment,If the sample isn’t satisfied by customers.We will modify mould until customers satisfaction

F: What info do I need to provide for a quote ?
A: 3D drawing (IGS/STP format),material,Quantity needed .Or sample if you have.
F: Can I test my idea/component before committing to mould tool manufacture?
A. Yes, we can use CAD drawings to make models for design and functional evaluations.
F:What type of plastic is best for my design/component?
A: Materials selection depends on the application of your design and the environment in which it will function. We will be happy to discuss the alternatives and suggest the best material.
F:Can I get a sample before mass production?
A:Yes. we will send you the sample for confirm before mass production, if sample is no problem,we will mass producion.The sample time is about one month.
F: What's your general lead time for mold and mass production ?
A: :Generally 20-25 days for molding ,mass production depending on order qty.
F:If the items we purchase from your company are not of perfected quality/defective, what can we do?
A:Pls contact with us freely within a week after your got the products.
Kindly send us photos of all the bad goods or any proof. After confirmation, we can replacement/ refund/ deduct the fee from next order.
