RJC quality injection plastic mold / injection mold manufacturing
RJC Mold ( Mold Shop BU) has its own work shops , such as CNC , EDM , WEDM, Milling & Drilling Area and Assembling Area . Including offices , inspection rooms and injection Molding work shop . We have more than 4000 square meters for this BU .and aim for providing comprehensive service for your next projects .
Besides , RJC Mold will invest more imported machines ( high precision) from Japan , such as FANUC , MAKINO & SODICK ).
Mold Design Manufacturing
Our injection molds design from a few thousands to ten thousands production or more, from automotive, medical, electronics, PC and consumer products etc, our engineer team will customized products to you from mold design to production, choice appropriate mold materials and optimized machining process to reduce lead time and costs, as usual, these local molds will be injected in our plant.
Normally,those high standard molds will be exported to oversea, we used DME and HASCO international mold standard to design and manufacturing
Mold Quality
Our engineers use DFM for all of parts from molds to production, the molds design we will usually uses Mold flow simulation review, from mold base, steel, electrode, runner system the whole process inspection and report. Especially, the mold base, steel, runner system we ask detail certification before machining, during machining, our engineer is strictly check the process to ensure each stage part perfect.
Plastic injection parts we will inspect them from raw materials certification to sample, pre-production till final production, our quality team is more attention to check them and report relative data to make sure all of parts meet requirement.
Injection Mold Tolerance
Our quality team is strictly complying with ISO system procedure to control each of stages process, based on DIN 16742 standard to implement, If our customers have any special requirement, our engineer team will consult with you priority to fix agreement specification to ensure product tolerance.
The Package of Plastic injection molding parts:
1. With plastic bag,with pearl-cotton package.
2. To be packed in cartons.
3. Use glues tape to seal cartons.
4. Deliver out by DHL,FEDEX.
Or according to customers' requirement.
Injection molding packaging:
Standard wooden case,and pallet, suitable for shipment, to avoid damaging,or according to customer's requirement
RJC aims for global market which indeed requires many qualifications available so as to be accessible to multiple business categories .
Q1: Where can I get product&price information?
A1: Send us inquiry e-mail , we will contact you as we receive your mail.
Q2: How long can i get the sample?
A2: Depends on your specific items,within 3-7 days is required generally.
Q3: What's kinds of information you need for quote?
A3:Kindly please provide the product drawing in PDF,and will be better you can provde in STEP or IGS
Q4: what's the payment terms?
A4: We accept 50% as payment deposit, when the goods is done, we take photoes for your check and you then pay the balance.
For small amount, we accept Paypal, Paypal commission will be added to the order. For big amount, T/T is preferred
Q5: How to delivery the goods?
A5: We deliver the products by courier company
Q6. Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are direct factory with 10 experienced engineers and more than 50 employees as well approximate 3,000 square meters workshop area.
Q7: What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A7: Please send your sample to our factory,then we can copy or provide you better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length,Hight,Width),CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.
Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?
A8: Absolutely.
Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?
A9: Yes, we will keep them well and not release to third party without your permission.
