Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are a plastic injection moulded manufacturer.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 25-35 days for mold, the production time is depend on customers' product quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment for mold is 40% deposit by T/T in advance, 30% second payment before send out the first trial samples, 30% balance after customers agreed the final samples.
Payment for production is 40% deposit by T/T in advance, 60% balance before shipping the goods.
