Hygienic Connections DIN11864 and DIN 11853 Aseptic Unions Flange for Orbital Welding 

DIN 11864 was developed for stainless steel fittings for aseptics, chemicals and pharmaceuticals. It is subdivided into the following sections:

• DIN 11864-1: Aseptic pipe screw connections
• DIN 11864-2: Aseptic flange connections
• DIN 11864-3: Aseptic clamp connections

The aseptic connections are manufactured as normal versions, with an A-shaped insert for an O-ring. 

DIN 11853 was developed for stainless steel fittings for food and chemicals. It is subdivided into the following sections:

• DIN 11853-1: Hygienic pipe screw connections
• DIN 11853-2: Hygienic flange connections
• DIN 11853-3: Hygienic clamp connections
