Now a lightweight wall panel machine is totally new and hot in the world. It is now replacing traditional building materials in the structure. attached is an apartment under construction which is just built by our machine produced lightweight wall panels.
The light weight EPS wall panel,also called compound sandwich wall panel, precast wall board and panel,etc, is a new developed wall building material which is made by cement, sand,fly ash and other materials and additives,in recent years and now is popularly wide used around the world in the construction filed.
Automatic raw material feeding --metering -mixing system, accurate measurement to ensures proportion stability The Mixer is double -shaft, the blade is only 3mm to the mixer wall so that can guarantee mixing even., no slurry leakage , automatic oil filling maintenance. The mixer is sealed， so there is only a small quantity dust and no need dust collector, so that can help you save cost. " For big capacity, we will equip second mixer to increase the production capacity.

enough

Introduce : After the mixer mix the raw material well then the workers use the pump and pipe to cast the slurry into the mould car Features:The pump is to make the pouring more even, no need to vibrate, and the working platform will be clean and the material
will not be wasted.
