Textile Testing Machine Astm D4966 Martindale Abrasion Tester
Product introduction
Astm D4966 Martindale Abrasion Tester is used to determine the abrasion and pilling resistance of all kinds of textile structures. Samples are rubbed against known abrade at low pressures and in continuously changing directions and the amount of abrasion or pilling is compared against standard parameters.
Key Feature
- The unique design of the GT-C13 allows removal of individual sample holders for examination without lifting the top motion plate. The equipment is supplied with individual sample counters and pre determining batch totalisers. The equipment comes with all sample holders, a choice of loading weights and a pressing weight to ensure correct loading of the abradant fabric.
- Available with 4, 6, 8 or 9 test positions and enhancement kits to convert 6 position tester to 8 or 9 positions and 8 position tester to 9 positions.
