HTZH-100 Automatic Boxing Packing Machine is automatic high speed continuous cartoning machine which is high performance product incorporates pneumatic, photo, electric, mechanic in one. It suitable for automatic inserting ALU-PVC blister, bottle, soft tube, soft AL/AL strips and pouch into carton, also can link to matching machine to form production line.
Features:
- This machine is a high-tech product, which is a integration of light, electricity, gas and machine.
- It's suitable for bottle/blister forming capsule and tablet/blister board/etc into cartons automatically.
- Working process: medicine plate or other items transmission ( adjustable if more than one plate)-- leaflet transmission (to automatically finish 1-4 folding) -- carton automatic distraction and delivery--plate joint folded leaflet into carton -- automatic batch number printing, paper tongues sealing on both ends, etc.
- Machine use high quality stainless steel casing shape, working faces are closed by organic glass door and windows. It's innovatively designed, strictly in accordance with requirements of pharmaceutical industry "GMP" standard.
- Product height is notstandard, auto rejecting when no instruction book.
- Auto stopping machine when product does not enter carton completely.
- Auto stopping machine when no carton, no continuous instruction book or no product.
- Convenient to change products with different specification.
- Main drive is equipped with overload protection device.
- PLC automatic display failure, box packing speed and finished counting.
