Production Specification
Introduction
Snack Bars Molding Machine/Forming Line can produce all kinds of shapes of cereal bars with the raw material of rice, millet, wheat, highland barley, fagopyrum tataricm Gaertn, maize, broomcorn, Chinese pearl barley, buckwheat, etc.
Features
1. The shapes can be round, cylindrical, square, semi round, triangular and blossom, etc.
2. Mechanical pressing & rubbing, does not hurt nuts, without waste.
3. Mechanical driving, accuracy positioning, upper and nether moulds tight fit, makes super cereal bar shaping.
4. Using high performance frequency inverter, easy adjust speed, high efficiency, it can produce 24-hour continuously.
5. Moulds and hopper are both non-sticky processed. All the parts may contacts food are all non-toxic material, oil and high temperature resistance.
6. Cooling conveyer can be customized as demand.

Certificate
DRP-70 Extruding Machine is used for producing ball shape pop rice. The raw materials is fresh rice.
DR-200 Sugar Melting Cooking Pan is used to melt the sugar, mix and cook raw materails together.
Heat Preservation Hoister is used to convey the mixing materials into hopper of cereal/granola bar machine.
DRC-65 Cereal Bar Making Machine can be used for producing cereal bar with different shapes and sizes by changing the molds.
LSU-220P Pillow Packing Machine is used to pack the cereal bar. If you want to realize the automatic packing after cereal bar forming machine, we also can provide auto feeding & packing line as per clients' choice.
Different shapes of products can be made by changing different molds.

1. Could we visit your factory to check the machine carefully and closely?
You’re more than welcome to visit Darin, will provide machine test running, face to face discussion and turnkey project design solution.
2. Could you afford technician team to guide our installation and commissioning?
Oversea commissioning service provided, our technician will help to install the machine, and teach local workers about operation and maintenance. Buyer should pay for the technician's round flight ticket, accommodation and salary.
3. How long is your machine's guarantee time?
One year since the machine arrive your factory.
4. If some parts break after warranty, what should we do?
Darin supply full-life after sales service, whenever new parts needed, we will help to supply new ones at reasonable price & in shortest time.
5. If we show our workshop size, can you design layout for the whole line?
Auto CAD layout will be provided as client’s workshop size.
6. What is the material of the machine?
Stainless steel, especially parts contacting with materials, conforming to food grade.
