Usage: Glycerol monolaurate can be dissolved in a small amount of edible ethanol and then added to the food, or Glycerol monolaurate can be stirred and dispersed in hot water at 70-90℃, and then added to the food ingredients. The recommended dosage is 0.05~1.0g/kg.
