TDW-300 300KN computer control spring tensile and compression testing machine
TDW-300 Computer Control Spring Tensile and Compression Testing Machine is designed and manufactured according to ASTM, ISO, DIN etc standards. This kind of machine is mainly suitable for tensile and compression test & other properties of coil springs and leaf springs. It is widely used at railway industry, chemical industry, mineral enterprises and scientific research institutes, education and so on.
Features:
High accuracy servo motor to control test speed. Ball screw no backlash to guarantee the low noise and high driving efficiency High accuracy load cell to measure the test load High accuracy photoelectric encoder to measure the displacement Compact structure with easy operation Limit switch and setting in the software to guarantee the safety The software consists of function modules such as dynamic communication, speed control, parameter input, data processor, result observation, record retrieval, chart display and printing, and data storage. Various kinds of test methods: test of residual height and deformation of spring under pre-set test load; test of 9 test load under preset height or deformation of spring, etc. Multiple points data auto-collection: avoid the impact of spring stress on the testing data. Process is completely automatic. Overload protection and thus keep the load cell free of damage. Multiple databases, such as swing spring and shaft spring, etc., can be available for users when taking following tests. The tester has strong functions of data processing and mathematical statistics. It can draw the stiffness curve and calculate the segment stiffness, carry on data statistics, plot the normal distribution curve and calculate the index of process capacity
