The difference performance of some common laboratory worktop

Epoxy Resin Worktop
The main components of the epoxy resin worktop are made of epoxy resin, quartz sand, catalysts, curing agents and pigments, etc. After several high-temperature baking, the overall thickness from top to bottom and from the inside to the outside is the same material. The overall core, strong stability, no external impact will never break. Because it is cured at high temperatures, epoxy resin board are extremely resistant to deformation at room temperature.

Epoxy Resin Worktop and Solid Physiochemical Worktop
Epoxy Resin Worktop
Epoxy resin worktop is a whole core material, the entire board is corrosion resistant, the surface can be repaired after scratching, high strength, environmental protection, long life, good appearance of the finished product, is the best product of the current laboratory bench.
Solid Physiochemical Worktop
Solid physiochemical worktop only a thin layer of epoxy resin on the surface. The resin has corrosion resistance. After the surface is damaged, it cannot be repaired without corrosion resistance.

Packing
Laboratory furniture such as bench, fume hood, air shower, cabinet are wrapped with bubble film then packed with wood case when the quantity less than a container (bulk cargo)
As for laboratory accessories such as eye wash, exhaust hood and faucet are wrapped with bubble film then packed with carton.
