Our Cabinet
Our high quality MDF board material, the partical evenly distributed in space, it is long lifetime and water proof.
The cheap price material partical is nouniform and easy to expand when damp.

Frame
Our frame is 1.8mm cold rolled steel colume with epoxy resin powder coated, the section is smooth and surface is not easy to rust.
Cheap price section is rough edge and easy to go rust.

Hinge
Hinge quality 175 degree hinge, not easy to get rusty and scratch resistant.Long tife time.
Normal hinge degree is small and only work for year.

Our sliding is three joint mute sliding,per load bearing is more than 50Kg.
Cheap sliding bear is weak and not easy to pull. The lifetime is much shorter than ours.

Spraying
Our spraying is attached on the steel firmly, it is compact resistance and the epoxy resin powder is chemical resistance.
Poor spraying tech is uneven and easy to desquamate, it can not protect the steel well.

Packing
Laboratory Furniture such as bench, fume hood, air shower, cabinet are wrapped with bubble film then packed with wood case when the quantity less than a container (bulk cargo)
As for laboratory accessories such as eye wash, exhaust hood and faucet are wrapped with bubble film then packed with carton.
