C-Frame(Apply to All steel and Wood-steel structure)
C-Frame type structure is simple, flexible, can be freely combined. C-frame optional cabinet and cabinet-type structure, with the user's needs for a variety of combinations, easy to install and disassemble, is conducive to laboratory cleaning; load capacity of 250 kilograms
Remark:C-frame can apply to wood-steel and all steel structure, because the c-frame don't need to contact with the ground,so can use wood or steel material
H-Frame (Apply to All steel structure) steel structure
Dignified and generous, load-bearing performance, making the test bed load can reach 500KG above, to meet the requirements of large-scale precision instruments.(H-Frame is is made up of cabinets and has no steel frame.)
Remark:H-frame only apply to All steel structure, because the H-frame (floor model) need to Contact with the ground,so must use steel material, if use the wood material will be affected with damp

(1) Cabinet frame: 60 x 40 x 1.5mm thickness rectangular electrolytic steel square tube,support column is the same specification steel tube, double sides welding cold rolled steel,surface is with zinc plating coloring `and electrostatic powder spraying epoxy resin treatment as protective layer for acid and alkali corrosion resistance.its protective layer adhesive force is tested and qualified by falling objects impact,Static bearing > 250 kg, support column can hang on cabinets directly, no need to destroy wall body.
(2) Cabinet frame: imported 16 mm thickness double-sided pressure-viscosity melamine MDF, all round cross-section with PVC waterproof sealing treatment,waterproof, anti corrosion, moth-proofing, etc.
(3)Door plank, drawer panel: imported 18mm thickness double-sided pressure-viscosity melamine MDF, all round cross-section with PVC waterproof sealing treatment,waterproof, anti corrosion, moth-proofing, etc.
(4)Handle: use PVC in-line style handle.
(5)Hinge: use DTC 175 degree hinge.
(6)Footing: adopt special laboratory stainless steel adjustable footing, adjusting range ≥ 35 mm, for ground easy cleaning.
(7)Guide rail: use DCT trinodal steel ball slide rail.
(8)Reagent rack: use aluminum alloy column, epoxy resin coating tray, 12 mm thickness toughened glass laminate, stainless steel guardrail.
