Drip irrigation pipe blowing machine
USES:
Water saving drip irrigation line is used to produce singlewing labyrinth ater conveying belt on the base of Polyolefin.It is widely used in warm room,farm and so on.
FEATURES:
1. The extruder controlled by inverter,it easy for adjustment,reliable performance,working secutity,lower consumption.The screw and barrel adopt high-quality steel,nitride tight handing and precision machining.Also have with professional design make the raw materials in good plasticizing.
2. The pipe forming adopt by double screws feeding,the die use screws type double layer extruder for blowing the pipe.
3. The vacuum sizing cooling by spray together with water logging that makes the pipe in high accuracy size and perfect outside.
4. The puncher used servo motor, too long puncher will be alarm, it controlled by PLC.
5. The winder controlled by toque motor,overcome tension,and front and back winder,easy for operation.
