1.MX-700L Plastic Sheet Extruder 

1) Mainly used to produce PP,PE,PS plastic sheets for beverage mugs, ice cream cups, jelly cups and other packing containers
2)Max. Sheet width: 700mm
3) Sheet thickness is 0.3-2.0mm
4) Output: 150kg/h

Opitional:chiller

is use to produce PS sheet in good quality

2.CK660-H  MULTIFUNCTIONAL THERMOFORMING MACHINE  (the machine is with servo and PLC control)

After you make the sheet,then use this machine to make cup.
(different plastic product can be done simply by change mould.)

Output calculating  

diameter :55mm --66mm,  the productivity is :16 cavities * 25--30 cycle = 400 -- 480pcs/min   
diameter :67mm --75mm,  the productivity is :14 cavities * 25--30 cycle = 350 -- 420pcs/min   
diameter :76mm --86mm,  the productivity is :12 cavities * 25--30 cycle = 300 -- 360pcs/min   
diameter :87mm --106mm,  the productivity is :10 cavities * 25--30 cycle = 250 -- 300pcs/min

3.Automatic cup stacking machine

This is the machine to stack the cup automaticlly,also you can choose worker to stack the cups.

5.Mixer: 

It´s use to mixing the new material and the recycle material which crushed by Grinder ,usually we produce the sheet from the new material and the recycle material .so we need the mixer for mixing.

6.COOLING TOWER:
the sheet extruder machine MX-700L or the MX660-B thermoforming machine running need the cool water for working ,when those machines running, the water will become hot ,so you should buy the chiller tower for cooling the water .then you can recycle use the water .  No need lose the water .

7.cup printing machine (6 color) to print any designs you want to show in the cup

This machine is with automatic cup collection.

8.Plastic cup lid making machine (cup cover making machine)

This machine can be used for make PS/PVC/PET Plastic cup lid,Hardware tray,food tray,pharmaceutical tray etc.

9. Cup counting and packing machine

This machine can count how many pcs cup you want to pack in one bag,counting and packing in one step.

This machine is suitable for packing groups of paper cup , coffee disposable cup , plastic cup, disposable bowl, etc.
