3 Adjust the pressure of the flower wheel according to the thickness of the stitching or knurling material.The thicker material pressure is adjusted more, and vice versa.
4 according to the need to fuse the material is different, the thickness is different, as well as the complexity of the flower wheel pattern.There are three factors affecting the printing effect :(1) the line speed of the flower wheel;(2) pressure of flower wheel;(3) Size of ultrasonic power.
5 when the speed of the flower wheel is low, the processing material receives ultrasonic energy for a longer time, and the contact time of the flower wheel and the steel die is longer, and it is easier to fuse.
6 when the pressure of the flower wheel is large, the processing material accepts the ultrasonic energy is large, and it is easy to fuse.(At the same time, the wear of the flower wheel set mold is also increased)
7 Under the premise of the same material and the same processing speed, the lower the pressure of the flower wheel, the better.(Small wear and tear, long equipment life)
