BD850 rabotti diesel injection pump test bench/fuel injection test bench
BD850CMC diesel fuel pump test bench adopts the advanced industrial all-in-one controlling system which is digital controlled of the rpm, temperature, air pressure,
travel of the tooth bar, advanced angle, pump technical parameter and so on.
The test bench is installed with imported original frequency converter which transfers the data.

1. Map and check the curve of governor(idle , part and full load ).
2. Checking of the advance device in dynamics.
3. Measurement of each cylinder's delivery at any speed.
4. Checking of each cylinder's injection timing with static.
5. Measurement of rack travel at any speed.
6. Checking of the LDA.
7. Checking of the mechanical governor.
8. Checking of the pneumatic governor.
9. Checking of the vacuum capacity of governor.
10. Measurement of the internal pressure of distributor pump body.
11. Measurement of the reflux delivery of distributor pump.
12. Testing of the electro-magnetic valve of distributor pump.
13. Checking of the transfer pump.
14. Checking of the sealing of injection pump body.
