Application:
This equipment is a new-generation computer softening point tester launched by our company in accordance with the requirements of the asphalt softening point test (T0606-2011) in the Ministry of Communications Industry Standard (JTG E20-2011), adopting the newly designed structural appearance and microcomputer circuit. It has the characteristics of small size, low failure rate, high intelligence, and simple and quick use.
The time and temperature of the instrument are respectively displayed, the heating rate is controlled by PID plus fuzzy logic algorithm, the program-controlled magnetic stirrer is stirred, the temperature rise is linear, and the high-precision photoelectric detection technology scans the steel ball sinking distance (25.4 mm) to automatically record the test results, only need to press Under the "start" button, the test can be completed automatically, and the results are accurate and reliable.
It can be used for highway performance testing and research in highway, urban construction, petrochemical, and scientific research institutes (schools).
Features:
1. Automatic stirring and linear heating, the heating rate meets the requirements set by the standard, and the test results are automatically detected.
2. The beaker is made of high temperature glass, and the dimension of steel ball positioning ring and steel ball shall meet the requirements specified in the standard.
3. This instrument is a small desktop structure, with LCD screen display, light touch keyboard control, convenient testing and reliable results.
4. It has the RS-232C computer communication interface, which can communicate with the computer.
5. The instrument highest water bath heating temperature is 160 ℃.
