Application:
The content of asphalt mixture is determined by combustion chamber method, and it is also suitable for screening and analysis of asphalt mixture after combustion.
It meet the need of quality control in the process of production and work for hot-mix asphalt mixture and mixture extract from road.
Features:
1.The combustion chamber body is made of ceramic fiber material, and the preheating time is short and the heating speed is fast.
2. Heat insulation performance is good, the chamber internal reach standard operating temperature, chamber body external temperature below 45 ℃, high safety operation, and effectively avoid the high temperature influence on the accuracy of measurement of electronic balance.
3. It has the secondary combustion function of the post-combustion chamber and the high temperature filtration and exhaust system to ensure the exhaust of the tailpipe meets the environmental requirements.
4. Automatic operation , easy to operate, just input the sample weight and calibration coefficient, load the sample, press the working button , and automatically print the data after the experiment.
5. The software is powerful and can simultaneous display asphalt content, oil stone ratio, sample loss weight and test time.
6. The touch type liquid crystal display, the microprinter printing test results.
