Application:
This equipment is suitable for Marshall stability test and water immersion Marshall stability test. It can accurately judge the failure point of asphalt mixture to carry out the mix design of asphalt mixture or the quality inspection of asphalt pavement construction. Displaying various test data and printing test data is intuitive and convenient. With full digital calibration pressure and flow value, there is no need to manually adjust the potentiometer; there is overvoltage automatic protection function, and there is no damage to the instrument due to overpressure. It is mostly used in various asphalt production enterprises, highway and bridge construction units, and related universities and research institutes.
Feature:
1. With overload protection and falling over position protection.
2. Easy to operate, accurate test data, stable and reliable performance.
3. The instrument automatically tests, displays and prints the stability and the corresponding flow value, and draws the coordinate curve of the specimen under stress deformation.
4. The test results of 15 sets of test pieces can be stored.
5. Large LCD screen display curve and stability and flow value.
6. There are two types of flow detection: single and double.
7. The test is automatically controlled by the instrument or computer. The data and curve of the test piece under pressure deformation are automatically saved and displayed by the computer, and can be printed out by the printer.
8. Advanced automatic analysis software, according to the "asphalt mixture mix design method" to draw a variety of curves, automatically give the best amount of asphalt, can be output through the printer.
9. you can choose a large indenter to do the big Marshall test, you can also choose a double indenter to do two kinds of tests.
10. The machine is equipped with a USB interface.
11. Optional serial port, PC software can be analyzed and processed.
