TBT301 Vertically vibrated mill with double disk to grinding clinker, raw mill
1.1 Usage:
TBT301 sampler muller is a basic equipment which can grind the solid grain into powder. Its main function is to supple sample for X fluorescence analyzer, and work together with the TBT201 semi-auto sample presser. This machine is widely used in all kinds of industries such as metallurgy, chemical, goods check, geography and quarry, and building materials etc.
1.2 Function:
TBT301 sampler muller can grind the solid grain into powder, its grinding time can be set up in advance and its motor speed can be set up in advance too. And it can supply different customers all kinds of grinding tools made of carbonize tungsten,
chrome steel, coating of carbonize tungsten, high-manganese steel, and corundum.
1.3 Features:
1. TBT301 is complete seals type and no need to dedust and exhaust.
2. High frequency and vibration Muller. Its vibrating frequency can be adjusted.
Its grinding effect is very high and has good uniform grain.
It is no possible to mix samples, no need to screen.
3. It has simple appearance, strict structure, dainty materials,
high performance and heavy weight. It will reduce the vibration by multi-grades,
and no “walking” phenomena will happen.
4. It can supply different customers all kinds of grinding tools.
Especially we can supply the grinding tools of coating of carbonize tungsten, which rigidity can reach to the tools of carbonize tungsten, however its price is half of later.
