SHBY-40A Cement Standard Curing Box
Ⅰ. Overview
The SHBY-40A cement probes maintenance series, is, designed and produced by our company according to the standard maintenance requirement on cement probes of the national building industry JG3037-1996. It is applied by all construction sites and scientific research department and quality testing department to carry out a standard maintenance on the intensity and the setting time of constancy of the cement proof samples.
This series of curing box are equipped with the advanced intelligentized humiture controlling system, which can order the function of heating-up, cooling down and humidifying etc. exactly and can switch working types full automatically to achieve a dynamical balance between temperature and humidity inside the curing box, and an auto-timing printer can be installed in it. With the system, we can improve the accuracy of humiture specified by the standard maintenance conditions regulations and the automation control level, reduce energy consumption, replace the exited low-level standard curing boxes and company’s self-built non-standard maintenance room, and thus realize the maintaining state of the test piece satisfying the requirement on test criteria.
