Concrete Thermal Coefficient Tester

Description:
Our product concrete thermal coefficient tester is used to measure concrete adiabatic temperature rise, specific heat, coefficient of thermal conductivity of concrete, concrete, linear expansion coefficient of concrete, concrete temperature conductivity authigenic volume deformation test (one machine can do six test, also optional part of the test items), a given temperature change curve.

The main body of the equipment adopts an integrated design, which is composed of an incubator, a refrigeration system, a laminated cooling water tank, a water pump with variable frequency, a heating system, a blast air system, an adiabatic temperature rise test bucket, a heat conduction (temperature) test bucket, a sealed specimen bucket, a specific heat test bucket, a linear expansion test bucket, a mixer, a specimen heater and an electricity meter.
The control is fully controlled by computer. All the measurements are made automatically by computer without manual participation. The test results are displayed on the computer in accordance with the table in the standard.And can automatically save the real time data as historical data, so as to search, print data curve.

Refrigeration system: the refrigerator brand French Tecumseh, adopts double water tank overlapping structure, with double water pumps and variable frequency speed regulation, which can provide cooling capacity rapidly in the cooling stage;The cooling capacity is provided stably in the heating stage; And in the high temperature stage by reducing the flow of the pump, in order to reduce the heating power (heating control adopts thermal "balance method"), in order to save energy

Characteristics of adiabatic temperature rise
In the general adiabatic temperature rise design method, in order to keep the ambient temperature consistent with the temperature of the test piece, in addition to the national standard tracking accuracy ≤±0.05℃, the deviation value corresponding to the temperature of the test piece must be calibrated to ensure the concrete test piece The authenticity of the adiabatic temperature rise temperature, even if the above measures are adopted, because the randomness of the systematic error cannot always correspond to the deviation value, and the tracking accuracy is also random, so the concrete specimen is more or less released to the environment Heat or absorb heat, so that the temperature curve of the concrete specimen has lost some authenticity. To this end, our company has designed a set of software and hardware control systems based on the above two measures, so that under the same tracking accuracy and deviation value, the test piece can release heat to the environment or absorb heat by half.
