Digital multifunctional marshall compactor/Digital marshall compactor
Summary
This instrument is designed and made as per industrial standard T 0702-2011 in JTG E20-2011 Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering.
This instrument is a standard compactor for forming cylinder specimen of Φ101.6mm×63.5mm (0702 type) or Φ152.4mm×95.3mm (0702A type) used in standard Marshall test and indirect tensile test (split method).
I. Main technical features
1. Floor type structure. Composed of mechanical hammer and electronic control box. The mechanical drive is composed of motor, reducer and chain drive. 0702 cab test specimen Φ101.6mm, 0702A can test specimen Φ152.4mm.
2. Single chip microcomputer control the electric circuit. The compaction times can be selected from 0 to 999 times at will. Instrument will do compaction according to preset times, and stop, cut off power and motor automatically.
3. It also equips with a manual lifting rod, easy to operate.
4, By a safe control rod, ensure the hammer not to drop down during the mould under installing or taking out.
