TBTCTM-2000PC2 Compression Testing Machine with PC&Servo Control
TBTCTM-2000PC2 compression machine is driven by hydraulic system which is close-loop controlled by computer servo technology. Equipped with industrial tablet computer, the machine can apply constant rate loading or constant stress loading upon specimen. The applied loading, timing and test curve are displayed in PC real time, data is measured, saved and processed automatically, the
peak loading will be hold and displayed to avoid electric blackout.
The 2-screw structured loading frame is separated from control cabinet & oil sourcing, this allows piston travel longer distance. Chain-driven movable middle cross-head adjusts compression space very fast. With high-precision spokes loading sensor, high efficiency bi-directional oil cylinder, the machine grants high testing precision
and efficient operation experience for users.
With appropriate clamping jaws & measuring device, this machine can make other tests such as concrete splitting tensile, bending
and static Elastic Modulus test.
