Cement Steel 40mm Three Gang Cube Mould, for prisms 40 x 40 x 160mm is made of steel, base is made of cast iron. It is used for concrete hardened testing. Material is steel. Machined surface finished by flat grinding machine. It conforms to be above mentioned standard. The mould is used for casting specimens of cement aggregate combinations for measuring the potential expansive alkali reactivity.The effective gauge length is made of mild steel and has accurately machined faces. The parts of the moulds are tight fitting and firmly held together when assembled. Supplied complete with base plate and stainless steel or brass smooth reference pins.
