Summary:
The DJ-20 benchtop multi-function powder X-ray diffractometer is one of the world's smallest desktop X-ray diffractometers.
Complying X-ray diffraction principle to qualitatively or quantitatively analyze polycrystalline materials such as powder samples and metal samples, and analyzing crystal structure. It is widely used in industrial, agricultural, defense, pharmaceutical, mineral, food safety, petroleum, education and scientific research fields.

Applications:
DJ-20 XRD mainly used for the phase characterization, quantitative analysis, crystal structure, material structure, crystal orientation, macroscopic and microscopic stress determination, crystal size, crystallinity determination, etc. By the principle of Scherrer, High precision is assured. Widely used in geology, oceanology, biology, chemistry, nuclear station research as well as industrial and institute.
