CSI3000 Casting Furnace Front Carbon&Silicon Analyzer
Application:
It is used to quickly determine the CE% (carbon equivalent), C% (carbon amount), Si% (silicon amount), Mn% (manganese amount) and other technical parameters of cast iron raw iron. The instrument is easy to operate, automatically calculates the excess shortage, and stores the input amount data and 17-inch large screen display. The screen automatically displays the analysis data; the external operation mouse; USB data interface, data storage, database query and output functions.
Features:
1. It can measure data and store it automatically. It can be called whenever needed.
2. It can browse the curve trend graph of CE, C%, Si%, Mn% stored beforehand for easy analysis.
3. It can automatically calculate the material shortage according to the measured component content, the set amount of molten iron, the target component and the retention rate of the material, so that it can be quickly adjusted in front of the furnace.
4. It has input/output and communication functions to communicate with a computer.
5. It can set up 8 different test lines to suit different kinds of applications and has the characteristics of accurate, reliable and wide measurement range.
6. It can quickly determine the carbon equivalent of cast iron raw iron CE%, carbon content C%, silicon content Si%, manganese content Mn%.
7. It has high measurement accuracy, good stability and C% accuracy within 0.05%, and Si% accuracy within 0.1%.
8. It has the functions of spheroidization rate, creep rate determination, tensile strength and hardness determination.
9. It has a fast measuring speed and no more than 3 minutes of measurement time, which is convenient for pre-furnace component adjustment.
10. Its cooling curve and measurement data CE, C%, Si%, TL, TE can be displayed simultaneously.
