General Description:
This POWER UNITS FOR ELECTRIC WORK PLATFORM is equiped with a high pressure gear pump, a DC motor, a multi-funtional manifold ,values and a tank,etc. Specially designed for Aerial Order Picker ,with the function of power lift and gravity lowering .The fixed compensated valve maintaining the lowering in steady speed .The valve with hand -full feature to support the operator lower the platform in case of power off.
SPECIAL NOTES:
1.The manual override function is available on request.
2. The duty of power unit is S3, 30 seconds on and 270 seconds off.3. Clean all the hydraulic parts concemed before mounting the power unit.
4.Viscosity of the hydraulic oil should be 15-68 cst,which should also be clean and free of impurities. N46 hydraulic oil is recommended.
5.The manual override function is available on request.
6.Check the oil level in the tank after the first start of the power unit.
7.Oil changing is required after the initial 100 operation hours afterwards once every 3000 hours.
