Introduction of Chinese Herbs Pulverizer Herbs Grinder:
1. This Chinese herbs pulverizer grinder mill is suitable for Chinese herbal medicines, seasonings, spices, chemicals, etc.
2. the product contact materials are food grade stainless steel，using the national standard copper wire brand motor,flowing water type cutting is not blocking material, continuous work does not heat.
3. according to different requirements，the sieve can be replaced，the fineness of the sieve is 20-200 mesh.
Working principle of Chinese Herbs Pulverizer:
The material enters the pulverizing chamber through the feeding hopper，and firstly pulverizes in the first pulverizing chamber by the relative movement between the rotating sprocket and the static sprocket wheel，and the initially pulverized material passes through the upper row of the rotating sprocket wheel. The hole is discharged into the second pulverizing chamber (outer pulverizing chamber), and the hammer head with high speed is rotated in the outer pulverizing chamber, and the relative operation between the high-speed rotating hammer head and the inner ring of the pulverizing inner chamber and the blow, tear and rubbing action are acted upon. The pulverized material is pulverized and discharged into the collecting bag (or) through the screen net under the action of centrifugal force.
