1. Product Introduction of HZ-600C transformer sweep frequency response analysis (sfra) test
Transformer winding deformation tester for testing transformer 6kV and above voltage level of power transformer and other special purposes, power transformer in operation or in the process of transportation will suffer from all kinds of fault short-circuit or physical impact, strong electromagnetic force generated in the short-circuit current, the transformer windings may lose stability, cause local distortion the permanent deformation or displacement of bulge phenomenon, which will seriously affect the safe operation of the transformer. According to the national standard DL/T911 - 2004 by frequency response analysis method of measuring transformer winding deformation of transformer winding, through the detection of the amplitude frequency response characteristics of vertical or horizontal comparison on the test results, according to the degree of change the amplitude frequency response characteristics, determine the deformation of transformer windings may occur.
2. Main feature of HZ-600C transformer sweep frequency response analysis (sfra) test
- uses the frequency sweep method to measure the characteristics of transformer winding transformer, no hanging cover case, disassembly, winding by detecting the amplitude frequency response characteristics of 6kV and above transformer winding distortion, accurate measurement, such as deformation or displacement of bulge.
