The flow
1.hanging live chicken on the drain blood chain, butchering drain the blood.
2.the drain after the blood, the chain of hair chicken into the curved type scalding pool.
3.poultry carcass from curved scalding pool directly into Horizontal hair removal machine.
4.after the hair removal, dig organs artificial on the conveyor.
after digging organs , the chicken carcass into precooling by slope conveyor machine, cooling and flushing.
5.chicken carcass out from precooling machine, send to conveyor, directly for weighing and grading. packaging and warehousing.
Main production
Used for cooling of the chicken or duck before the carcase work to achieve acid removal, detoxifiaction purposes,screw propulsion system and blast the cooling system make the chicken carcass more uniform,complete pre-cooling time can be designed accroding to customer requirements.
Put the slaughtered poultry into the bot water of 65-80 degrees for the scald uniformly.Then turn on the machine about 10 seconds,unlock the water faucet to washing the chicken feather or ginger skin out. At last stop machine and take out the products is ok. In the normal time , for unhairing the chicken feather is only need 30 seconds.
chicken conveyor line is developed in reference to advanced technology,it is the main equipment of poultry slaughtering and processing, the production line is mainly used for the automatic slaughtering production.The live chicken are hanged in the chicken hanger on slaughter line, the chicken hanging opetator is able to hang 500-1000 chicken per hour
