The single-screw extruder of Jinan Saixin Machinery Co., Ltd. is a novel extruding device designed and manufactured by the company to adapt to the demands of food and related industries by relying upon years of experience in puffing process research. The equipment is composed of a control cabinet, a drive system, a feeding system, an extruding system, a heating system, a cooling system and a peeling system. It was rewarded national major new product, and recommended as famous and excellent food machinery by China Food and Packaging Association of Electrical and Mechanical Department.
This machine can process a wide variety of raw materials and produce products of various kinds. It is featured with frequency control, high automation, stable operation and long life cycle. It can produce various wheaten food and starch products by onetime extrusion and is easy to use. It is often used to extrude and ripen such foods as shrimp rolls, chips and macaronis and pet’s chews. Products output by it have a fine appearance, a regular pattern and an optimistic market prospect.
The single-screw extruder employs techniques from Italy and has been improved for several times. It normally processes those powder materials like starch and flour (approximately 60-80 meshes). The whole machine is composed of seven parts, namely, an extruding system, a power system, a feeding system, a peeling system, a heating system, a cooling system and a control system. It has a smart electronic control cabinet, through which users may set or adjustment multiple working parameters, e.g. heating temperature, screw revolution, peeling speed and feeding speed, and thus satisfies production demands of different products. Furthermore, it can runs by one-touch operation and realize automatic control. Drive motor, feeding motor and peeling motor are all controlled by frequency converter, which is safe, reliable and energy-saving. The screws are made of special alloy with nitriding treatment, which is of high strength and wear resistance. The exterior of the whole equipment is made of stainless steel. This provides a beautiful and elegant appearance and ensures safety and hygiene as well as complies with production requirement of food industry. It is capable of producing products of various shapes or states, e.g. macaronis, shrimp crackers, shrimp slices, round tubes, square tubes, shells and spirals, only by replacing the mould and screws.
