Kurkure/ Fried Cheetos Processing Line

I. Product Introduction:

 Kurkure are special extruded snacks, very crunchy and great in taste. They are made by a special extrusion process.

The corn grits are moisturized in the flour mixer with water and fed to the Rotary Head Extruder. In the extruder, due to
the two rotary plates, the corn grits are squeezed and twisted to curls shapes. The cutting knifes can cut into required
lengths. The Kurkure/ Cheetos are fried in cooking oil or toasted in oven and then cooled before flavoring. Seasoning
is sprayed on the surface to achieve different favorable tastes. Due to the delicious flavors and nutrition, it is quite
popular with consumers.

 II. Machines involved in making Kurkure: 

 1. Flour Mixer 

 To mix corn meal with water to prepare the flour for Kurkure. 
 2. Rotary Die Extruder 
 To cook the corn meal and extrude the Kurkure from the die. The Rotary Die twists  and curls the meal before extruding giving a uniform texture.
3. Three Way Drying Machine 
To dry the Co-Extruded Centre Filled Snacks pillows by reducing the moisture content from them. 
4. Continuous Frying Machine 
To fry the Kurkure in hot cooking oil. The uniform frying introduces the crunchy taste to the Kurkure. 
5.Automatic Seasoning Machine 
To add required seasoning to the fried and cooled Kurkure to give the different flavors to them. 
6. Automatic Pouch Packing Machine 
To pack the Kurkure into attractive printed pouches with gas flushing.

 1. Description:

 Nik naks,cheetos,kurkure is a kind of extruded snacks, very crunchy and great in taste. Nik naks is made by extrusion process. The corn grits are moisturized in a vertical mixer with water, oil then feed to the Rotary Head Extruder. In the extruder, due to excess heat and pressure from the screws the meal gets heated and the moisture content gets reduced. The meal passes through the die and gets cut by the cutting knifes into required lengths. The nik naks is fried in cooking oil and then cooled before flavoring. Seasonings are sprayed on the nik naks to improve their taste.

 2. Raw materials: adopts corn grits as raw materials meanwhile mixing with water and oil.

3. Products: This line can be used to produce cheetos, kurkure, and nik naks.

4. Capacity: 150kg/h,300kg/h,450kg/h.
