The double screw extruder series, made by the Jinan Saixin Machinery co., is designed and produced on the basis of our experience of puffing technology and the demand for food and international standards and key parts are imported, thanks to a PLC automatic control a lot of paramenters such as proportion, moisture, speed and temperature of products can optimally be set with easy reliable operation. The device is a domestic important product and has been praised as a famous and superior machine by the ministry of Industry and Information and the Association of Chinese Food and Package. The device consists of seven systems: material feeding, extruding, rotary cutting, heating, cooling and controlling. A continuous automatic running realizes only by setting production parameters without any manual adjustment. The device can use variety of raw materials such as rice flour, corn flour, wheat flour, bean cake etc. The quality and puffing degree of the products can be regulated by setting technology parameters and the different shapes can be formed by changing screw or would to meet the production demand for products in maximum extent.

The entire machine consists of extruding system, electric system, feeding system, rotary cutting system, heating system, controlling system, steam conditioning system, material storing bin and operating desk.
Many operating parameters as heating temperature, screw revolution, rotary cutting speed, feeding speed in roller etc, can be set and adjusted by an intellectual electronic controlling cabinet with one-key operating and automatic control.
Converters control driving motor, feeding motor and rotary cutting motor with safety, reliability and less energy consumption.
No driving and disassembling are required for the hanging-type rotary cutter and direct-connecting cutting motor due to convenience
The screws are made of 38CrMnoAl with surface nitridation and strong wear resistance. Screw of various structures match products of different kinds correspondingly.
The outside materials of the whole device totally are stainless steel with a lovely, safe and hygienic appearance
Only changing mould and screw is necessary for making products of various shapes and kinds such as puffed food, extruded food, breakfast food, pet food, feeding stuff etc.
