Product description
Solenoid valve is designed to use on freeze drying machine, the purpose is to control vacuum pressure during freeze drying processing.
The GDC-A series (small aperture) electromagnetic high vacuum globe valve is one of the important components in the vacuum system. The valve is normally closed. When the power is lost, the valve will be automatically closed by the spring force, and the valve plate will be opened when the valve is turned on. The valve has small size and low power consumption, and the valve plate can be sealed with high reliability and long working life. It is one of the first choice valves for vacuum equipment.

GDC- 8:1 * 10-6 ~ 2.5 * 105Pa GDC- 10:1 * 10-6 ~ 1 x 105Pa.
Leakage rate: seat: < 1.3 x 10-7pa ·L • s-1 valve body: < 1.3 x 10-7pa ·L· s-1.
Continuous working valve can work against atmospheric pressure (except GDC-10)
Life of life: > 100000 installation location: any environmental temperature: - 20 ℃ to 50 ℃ power: 22 w
Voltage supply :AC220V(+10% ~ -15%); DC24V(special requirements can be specified in the order)
Training plan: We will provide training for those who operate and maintain the freeze-drying machines. Trained by supplier of the equipment in the process of installation and debugging, people can operate and solve the basic mechnical problems independently. In addition, the persons who work in general engineering such as refrigeration, boiler, and transformer substation shall be undertaken by skilled workers.
