High Temperature Resistant G2 G3 G4 Pre Panel Air Oven Filter with Fiberglass medium Factory
Common Applications: It is mainly used in high-temperature oven of hot air type in painting plant to filter tar, soot, dust and other particles to protect the surface painting.
Features: Media is made of fiberglass by the means of non-fabric superposition, reinforced by expanded aluminum net, not easy to be deformed, fine anti-chemical specialty, temperature resistance can be 300 °C,maximum up to 450°C/

Frame: Galvanized frame / Aluminum frame/stainless steel

Main Features
The filter core consists of a reinforced polyester fiber media bonded to an expanded metal support grid which is then Pleated, increasing the Filtration surface area to 3 times that of the face area. These series have such features as available in efficiency of 90% on 5 micron particles, large airflow, low resistance, high dust holding capacity, reasonable price and low cost.
Metal mesh filter
Metal mesh metal filter consisting of different specifications aluminum mesh, staggered placed in the box, reducing the aluminum mesh gap, have good filtration. For pH or high temperature environments, can be made of stainless steel frame with stainless steel mesh.
Features: Big air volume, low resistance, long life, reusable cleaning after use.
Application: central air conditioning, Hoods, high-temperature oven and spraying plants air filtration.
Carbon panel filter
Superfine fiber felt with high activated carbon content compounded with metal mesh. Material ideal for making pleated prefilters for odor control application.
Applications:
Activated carbon AC filter media for pleat panel filter is widely used for pleated panel pre filters of air conditioning systems and air ventilation machines.
Overspray filter
Overspray flat filter is suitable for the prefilter for all kinds of clean ventilation system, protection filter of heat exchanging parts for central air-conditioning of general ventilation requirements and return filter of all industrial clean workshops or civil buildings. To satisfy air filter assignment problems in air conditionings of all customers, DEGL plate filter has the following types and features:
High temperature fiberglass filter
Material:kong glass fiber fixed by aluminum expanded mesh,not easy to deformer
Good chemical resistance,low moisture absorption,flame retardant,high temperature resistance 300℃,maximum up to 450℃
General coarse dust filter ,used in high temperature blast oven.high temperature oven in coating plant.
Washable pleated filter
Characteristics:
1. Acid and alkali resistance, washable, low initial resistance, solid structure.
2. Mainly used to filter and remove ≥10μm dust particles.
3. Protect the filter and prolong its service life.
